1Nature of the Service

zero2v is a private, self-service software tool designed exclusively to assist Nigerian individuals and authorized corporate entities in querying, retrieving, and generating printable summary records of identity information that they personally own or are legally entitled to access.

We do NOT issue, generate, create, register, or officially authenticate National Identity Numbers (NINs) or Bank Verification Numbers (BVNs). Official identity numbers are exclusively created, managed, and issued by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC).

2Mandatory Consent & Lawful Authority

You agree that you shall use this service ONLY for:

• Your own personal records and self-verification;
• Another person's records ONLY with their explicit, verifiable, informed, and written consent;
• Situations where you are lawfully authorised by statute or court order (for example, as a parent or legal guardian of a minor).

⚠️ Unauthorised access to another individual's identity data is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious criminal offence under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, the NIMC Act 2007, and the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act.

3User Responsibility & Indemnity

You accept full personal and financial responsibility, as well as legal liability, for every lookup, batch query, or order submitted through your account credentials. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zero2v, its operators, affiliates, and technology providers against any claims, losses, penalties, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, improper authorization, or unlawful access to data.

4Wallet Credits & Refund Policy

The zero2v platform utilizes a wallet credit system denominated 1 credit = 1 Naira (₦). Credits are deducted atomically upon initiating verification queries.

• Failed queries caused by upstream network errors or server downtime are automatically refunded back to your wallet balance.
• Successful queries where valid records are returned or officially declared non-existent by upstream databases are non-refundable.
• Modification requests submitted to upstream portals involve non-refundable administrative processing costs once processing has commenced.

5Security & Account Credentials

You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any account that engages in abusive query patterns, automated unauthorized scraping, fraudulent wallet transactions, or violations of privacy laws.
